The U.S. has failed to meet the demands of the Decepticons With Godzilla under his command, Megatron has ordered the beast along with Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp and Shockwave to attack the NORAD headquarters at Peterson Space Force base in Colorado! This would effectively cripple all of North America's air defenses leaving both the U.S. and Canada extremely vulnerable! The military scrambles it's best jet-fighters but they prove no match for Godzilla and the Decepticons! As NORAD'S defense begin to fall, Mecha-Godzilla arrives to face his namesake! Optimus and the rest of the Autobots are too late! Two of the most powerful weapons of mass destruction are about to face off for the fate of humanity!
The two giants begin to battle, causing tremors and much damage to the surrounding areas, including the nearby nuclear plant that powers NORAD! As powerful as he is, Godzilla proves to be no match for the bigger, stronger Mecha-Godzilla! Blow after intense blow staggers the great beast and for the first in his long and storied history, TITANUS GOJIRA - Godzilla is defeated! As the military celebrates it's victory, Optimus, Sideswipe and Prowl approach the fallen monster to see if it's truly dead! Suddenly, they hear the mocking laughter of Megatron ringing out through the air, thanking the U.S. govt and The Autobots! Since Betty reappeared, the assumption is that the two are married will depend on whatever state the marriage occurred in. Because of Spousal Immunity, an intact marriage eliminates Betty from testifying against Bruce and is the result Jennifer Walters is looking for.
Yadda, yadda, yadda. That’s the standard normal everyday declared dead and reappear. But these are Age of Marvels funny books and things are more interesting. Betty, according to Munchkin Law, is not only merely dead she's really most sincerely dead. Actual death’s effects on the marriage contract up until now have been moot as death has been permanent. Multiple jurisdictions have filed actions to dissolve the Hulk’s marriage. Not surprisingly, they are the same jurisdictions with actions against Robert Bruce Banner.
Can a single green female lawyer not only save her cousin’s marriage, if only to keep him out of jail?

So Jack, along with neighbors Eli and Abbey, has decided to stand up for Bill and Julie and fight HAMMER! If he's not careful he could give away his own secret identity! Both he and Rachel are very high on HAMMERs' most wanted list! As powerful as Master Man and Warrior Woman are, they're outnumbered and outgunned!
Jack decides he has no choice, he has to use his own strength and skills if they are to have a fighting chance! He looks to see that Abby and Eli are doing very well for suburbanites! But no matter how well they're doing, it's only a matter of time before they all go down! Suddenly, the sound of sirens ring out and a bunch of black-suited agents emerge from SUVs with dark-tinted windows with guns drawn! Lemar Hoskins, aka Battlestar, steps out one of the vehicles and tells everyone to stand down! Letha tells Battlestar that this is a HAMMER matter and he needs to buzz off! Lemar tells Letha that she and the rest of HAMMERS goon squad to go back and kiss Gyrich's ass some more! This is an FBI matter and they really don't want the kind of pain that he could bring!
Angrily, the Grapplers and the rest of the HAMMER agents leave the area, vowing that they're going to meet up again real soon! Bill and Julie ask why is the FBI interested in them, they've done nothing wrong! Battlestar tells them that they aren't in any trouble, in fact, the FBI needs their help with a matter of national importance and asks would they come with him! Reluctantly they agree and as they all enter the SUV, Battlestar looks over at where Jack, Eli and Abby are standing and gives a long stare! Why is he looking at them as if he recognizes someone? Next Issue: Mrs. Abigail Arbuckle-Schecter is on the warpath!

When a family gets back from a vacation, they often have a great deal of chores and tasks that have arisen whilst they were gone. Johnny has been dealing with cleaning up F^2 Foundation details that Jennifer Walters (AOM LAW was calling her, y’know) missed when the FF disappeared. One of the obstacles he faces is the reporter named Julie Angel. She works for DailyBugle.com and is looking for a story which will give her her big break like Deborah Norville and her show “Bad Girls”. Two Richards kids who are 10 years older than they were when they were last seen a few months ago could be just a story.
Reed has 65,536 messages waiting for him. Using his proprietary AI, he manages to rank them according in importance and finds the top two deal with Josephine. If you read F^2: Black Metal (as you SHOULD have read), you saw Josephine come to a tragic end. One message was from Paste Pot Pete Petruski who is understandably disturbed and upset. The other message is from Ivan Kragoff, the Russian known as the Red Ghost, who once commanded and controlled Josephine. He is also unhappy. Very unhappy.

That question ultimately leads Bruce’s cousin She-Hulk into a confrontation with Hulk’s old tormentor: the In-Betweener!! Can she subpoena a cosmic entity?
Meanwhile, Matt Murdock thinks the fastest way to defeat the conspiracy charges levied against the Hulk by U.S. Attorney General Evelyn Stanzler is to establish reasonable doubt by bringing in the actual culprit: Hulk’s evil doppelgänger from the imperfect future, the Maestro! But that’s a tall order even for the man without fear…
Plus, Powell Moerter, Esq. invokes trial by combat over a discovery dispute in his civil actions against Hulk! The motion to ban the controversial practice was blocked by Parliament in 1774 and was not specifically restricted by the Constitution, so it is technically available in New York State if sanctioned by the Court (this is actually true!). But with Jen and Matt busy… is Foggy going to have to fight?

Just below the mountain range in the Adirondacks, Free Spirit and her young Initiative team have found a strange young girl who appears to have been living in the woods for some time. As they approached the girl, a large, shaggy bear-like creature with large claws appeared and attacked them! Free Spirit orders Chavez and Janet to grab the girl and get her to safety while her, Duncan, Marley and Angel attack the monster! With a large swing of its' paw, the creature swats them away and then chases after Chavez and Janet who are carrying the girl! Free Spirit quickly recovers and tells the others they must stop the beast!
Just ahead, Janet and Chavez are running as they girl struggles to get away from them! Janet thinks what's wrong with her, doesn't she know that there is a monster out here trying to kill them? As Chavez falls, the giant bear is on top of them! But before it can strike, Duncan and Marley both hit the creature! The rest of the team begin attacking but Janet begins to notice the young girl becoming more distraught each time they strike the bear! Somehow, the creature sense the girls' distress! It unleashes a powerful roar and becomes even stronger knocking the others away like rag dolls!
Janet is the only one left standing between the beast and the young girl and then she begins to realize. There is a connection between the bear and the young girl! He has been protecting her and she wants to be with it! Janet then steps aside and the girl runs to the creature to give it a loving embrace. Duncan sees this as an opportunity to finally kill the monster and take the girl back to Camp Hammond! Free Spirit puts her hand on Duncans' shoulder and tells him not to attack. The bear wasn't threatening the girl, he was actually protecting her, somehow there is a psychic bond between them! Duncan says it doesn't matter, they have standing orders to bring in any superhuman and good soldiers follow orders! Marley tells Duncan to leave the girl alone. As they all head back to the nearby town, he tells them that they are more than just soldiers, they're people as well and good people do what's right.

Tony wakes up to find himself in something like a scene out of a Hallmark movie! He's sitting in a chair, tied, inside of what can only be described as a cozy cottage with a fire and ornate decorations and art around the room! He remembers working in his lab, upgrading his latest armor when he was attacked. He got blasted and then everything went dark. He thinks to himself that whoever is behind his abduction doesn't want him dead and that they have great taste. Suddenly, memories start flooding his mind, there's something about this place that seems so familiar. Then he hears her voice and Tony begins to feel a slight sense of dread. It is a hollow, metallic voice but at the same time it is filled with passion and emotion.
The muffled sound of boots across a bearskin rug let's him know that she is coming closer to him. More memories come to his mind: The first time he saw, her. Their first date. Their first kiss. Their first night together. They had a passion for each other that burned brighter than any than he has ever known. And then came the betrayal. They each blamed each other for not understanding, not seeing the reasons why they did what they did. They broke up and love quickly turned to anger and then hate. And now after all the years that went by, all those buried emotions have come to the surface again. She stands before him and Tony can only think to say two words, "Hello Whitney."
