Ms. Marvel and Mystique: the team-up nobody asked for, least of all Kamala. The blue-skinned master of betrayal has seen better days, though, as it appears that not even she is fully immune to that Legacy Virus which is going around. She claims that the Avengers have the cure for the Legacy Virus hidden in their capital, and that she needs a shapeshifter equally as powerful as herself to get it. As an "incentive", Mystique has infected Kamala with a new strain of Legacy designed to kill non-mutants, her healing factor being the only thing keeping it benign, so now she's given no choice in the matter.
They first have to get through Jersey City, once a barely-standing ruin which the Avengers have reduced to a complete ruin. Now only the worst dregs live here, such as Kamran, Kamala's ex-crush and full-time douchebag who runs the biggest smuggling ring in the city. Kamala and Mystique need his resources to get into Avengers territory undetected, and Kamran is willing to overlook Kamala breaking his heart (and jaw) if it means destabilizing the Avengers World Order. But Captain Marvel crashes the deal as he continues his pursuit of the two shapeshifters.

This is going to cause a major rift within the team. You've got me (the Death-Denying Deadpool), Juggernaut, Ghost, Sasha Hammer, Starscream, Moonstone, and Doggleganger. Having rescued the trapped teenagers from the hands of the victims of the Hecate Virus, the SHIELD team find themselves being dragged back to the Emirates Football Stadium, which has been transformed into a refugee camp for several teenagers following the downfall of everyone over the age of 21. As the oldest people in England, Robert Gonzalez, FitzSimmons, Daisy Johnson, Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, Bobbie Morse, Phil Coulson and a captured Grant Ward no find themselves in a position of authority that sees them essentially as parents to a group of one-hundred youths, part of Tribe Casey, who by now, are used to having their own way in society. Their tribe however soon comes under attack when a rival group gets wind of the adults; led by Harper Davanu’s ex, Joshua Castle, leader of the Castle Tribe, offers an ultimatum to hand them over in 24 hours or they will be attacked. Harper meanwhile, as punishment for her failure to secure vital supplies, is sent on a clearance mission into the tunnel with a group of twins known as the “Sewer Rats”, Matthew and Samantha Bishop, that remind FitzSimmons of themselves when they were younger. So FitzSimmons decide to accompany them, bringing Daisy along in tow. But after they use one of the last working cars in the London Underground to escape from a horde of infected, they soon find themselves face to face with an old friend from the past. There's just one problem - Jason Bourne does not only remember their own names, he doesn't even remember his! It turns out Bourne's memories may be the key to unlocking the means to defeat the Hecate Virus, but something deep within his mind is resisting.

The temporary alliance of The Punisher, Hank Voight, Raylan Givens, Beatrice Kiddo, Electro and The Howling Commandos and they have failed to stop Horus Lupercal from making it through the time portal from the 31st Millennium back to the Present Day. Lupercal walks as a god among men and it doesn’t take him long to make his presence felt, using his advanced technology and warp magic to bring forth a whole legion of his fallen Space Marines from the future. If Horus is a god, then these soldiers are the equivalent of demigods, and with SHIELD, the Avengers and more dealing with their own kind of threats, and UNIT powerless, the group find themselves quickly stranded in the middle of nowhere and are helpless to watch the fall of Madrid as Horus decides to launch his Occupation of Spain, armed with a fleet of high-tech weaponry and armoured vehicles .
