Nelson, Murdock, and Walters is handling multiple cases like this regarding Jennifer’s cousin. In this particular case, the Rhino was involved and his testimony is focused on a third superpowered combatant who neither Hulk nor the Rhino can remember in detail. Foggy Nelson is doing a search for this mysterious participant while trying to avoid those who are not only also searching, but trying to hide the participant. The evidence seems too perfect. Satellite photography and seismic activity correspond exactly and Harley Keener, NMW’s IT guru looks to find a fault.
The main question Jenn has is is this an isolated occurrence, or part of a larger scheme to damage Bruce Banner’s already questionable reputation.

“LAND OF MY FATHER!”
After a brutal and grueling fight with The Coal Tiger, T'Challa lies at the brink of death (see last issue!)! He was found at the edge of Warriors' Fall by the Hatute Zeraze and brought to the palace where Shuri placed him inside of a Restoration Tank to heal his wounds. Inside of the tank, T'Challa is having fevered dreams. He has travelled to the Djalla, the land of dead kings of Wakanda and sees his father T'Chaka. He smiles as he embraces his father and tells his him that he did his duty and protected Wakanda. T'Chaka tells his son that no father could be more proud of a son than he is.
But he also tells T'Challa that it is not his time yet. He knows of the trials that he has faced but the threats against Wakanda are ever present and she will need her King to survive. T'Chaka also urges him to see his son. He may not be his biological offspring but the child looks to T'Challa for guidance and fatherly love. He must teach his son what it means to be Wakandan and more importantly, what it means to be King. There will come a time that will test both of them and they will each need to be prepared for the sacrifice that is to come!
T'Challa hugs his father once more before heading back to the other side of the Djalla. It was good to see his father again and he will honor his wishes and his memory. Once T'Challa is far from view, another former king approaches T'Chaka. Azari asks him why didn't he tell his son more of what is to come, the choices he will face and the losses that could devastate him and Wakanda! T'Chaka says that his son cannot know what is to come 'less he try to change the outcome. What is to happen must happen or Wakanda will be forfeit and his son a broken King.

“NEIGHBORS”
Abbey and Eli Baker haven't been in Normalville for very long, but they are great neighbors. They both teach at the local high school and they each coach one of the varsity teams, Abbey does soccer and Eli coaches wrestling. They both volunteer for many of the HOA projects that Mrs. Arbuckle-Schecter plans and always help greet new neighbors whenever they move in. And they have become fast friends with Jack and Rachel, often inviting each other over for dinners and outings. You couldn't ask for better neighbors than Abbey and Eli.
But something has been bothering Jack for weeks now. He re-tells Rachel the whole scenario with the HAMMER agents and both of their friends managed to stand toe-to-toe with the super-powered Grapplers. Jack has the super-soldier serum in his blood and it took everything he had to stay alive. Rachel asks him if he thinks there is something more to The Bakers than what they're seeing. Jack says he isn't sure but he can't quite shake the feeling that their friends have a deep secret that they are keeping well hidden.
Abbey and Eli have finished coaching their respective teams and have stopped by the local grocer to pick up dinner. Abbey wants to grill steaks tonight and she wants Eli to make his famous broccoli-cheese casserole. Driving home, they talk about the good day they had at work, how much they enjoy teaching and coaching and just how much fun it is working with kids. Eli also talks about their neighbors and the friends they've made.
They pull into the driveway of their home and Eli brings in the groceries as Abbey head to the backyard to fire up the grill. They head into the den area to relax about when they are startled to find someone calmly sitting in a chair in their home. They both pull out their weapons but then put the down once they realize who the intruder is. HAMMER Director Peter Gyrich has come to visit two of his best agents and to find out why he hasn't been receiving any reports from them for the past few months! Next Issue: Spy vs. Spy!

Fyodor Kragoff was an up and coming agent of the Soviet Union’s NKVD. During that time, he became a favored agent of Stalin. Being politically connected enough allowed Kragoff to remain in a comfortable position until Breznev took power. Fyodor Kragoff turned in, tortured, and reputedly killed his own son to remain in his celebrated position. However Fyodor’s grandson, Ivan, adored his grandfather. Ivan eventually became the Russian agent known as the Red Ghost, celebrating and utilizing the worst and most egregious methods of the KGB in his role with the current Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). Ivan’s cruelty and loyalty to Stalinesque technique were both legendary and solid. His “Super Apes” pet project attempting to mimic the Fantastic Four’s powers was allowed despite much jealousy from other branches of the FSB. Kragoff’s success cemented his position even if it destroyed his reputation with peers. Sue and Johnny Storm search over Sue’s earlier work on cosmic rays as well as any role their father Franklin Storm might have had to Kragoff’s work.
Meanwhile in Latveria, factions opposed to Chancellor Victor Von Doom have been arising. It is understandable that the small country of Latveria is of concern to Russia and Doom frankly is someone the Russians don’t want in power. Lucia von Bardas, a leader in the Latverian resistance has been making enough noise to be noticed.

To correct this in the name of equilibrium, the In-Betweener created a being that embodied harmony between great strength and intellect, not an extreme shift between the two. This creation possessed both the legal mind and the cosmic power to challenge the Hulk on a much deeper level than any ordinary opponent or attorney could. He created… Vivian Raintree - the Interpleader!
As revealed in AOM LAW #8 (seen earlier on this page!), Hulk was wrongly indicted for the destruction of a small town but his memory of the true culprit was “foggy” (pun intended). It was Raintree! The In-Betweener may have wiped Hulk’s memory of the incident, but he didn’t prevent legal discovery! And Raintree slipped up… leaving a paper trail that exposes her and her creator’s malfeasance: setting up multiple bogus lawsuits and prosecutions against the Hulk and even resurrecting his deceased wife just to inflict emotional pain and suffering!
Now She-Hulk has to defeat the Interpleader in court while Hulk tries to defeat her with fists! But there’s a twist: he’s joined by Betty Ross, the Red She-Hulk, who’s none too thrilled to be a pawn in their game!
But to stop the In-Betweener himself, the non-team of “The Defendants” must appeal to the highest court of all. They seek sanctions on their opponent as they plead their case before… the Living Tribunal!
