Jean-Paul and Jeanne-Marie Beaubier won the case giving them the rights to and possession of their and their parents’ genetic material which was in Herbert Wyndham’s possession for experimental purposes. What was supposedly a clear victory for Nelson, Murdock, and Walters (NMW) was marred by the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision that for the genetic material to be passed over to the Beaubiers, obligations made during the Civil War event (remember that, particularly the MOKF tie-in?) need to be fulfilled. It turns out Canadian Intelligence has a lead on additional material coming into the country.
The meet which Wyndham was going to attend is scheduled for a Montreal strip club. Mutant genes make super-powers a huge plus for this, but even Northstar needs backup and neither Matt nor Wyatt provides sufficient support. Jennifer would as She-Hulk, but as observant and classy readers know, Jenn is currently appearing in Hulk in Love so read it. So we finally get to Matt once again in his red suit as Daredevil.
This may be the book that inspires you to go to Law School.

Shuri tells him about what she found on a small island off the East coast of Africa not far from Madagascar. She found a metal similar to Vibranium and that it has the same energy readings of the weapons used to attack N'Gabo. She also found out that the island is owned by a secret conglomerate hidden behind a chain of dummy corporations and the person at the top of that conglomerate? Moses Magnum!
T'Challa thinks to himself that it's beginning to make sense now. He tells Shuri to get a message to Nick Fury's operatives and tell them that he is well and to continue their work. He wants Akili and a team of Hatute Zeraze to come to New York discreetly and he will meet them soon. Next, he wants Okoye to get the Wakandan military to prepare to face an imminent attack from N'Gabo. Shuri asks him what does he want her to do. T'Challa tells her to go to the United Nations and make the war declaration and then meet him and Akili in New York. Now that he knows who the real enemy is, it's time to face the true enemies of Wakanda and that means a trip to N'Gabo!

This person has vital information about a super-soldier program being developed by the Iranians that the U.S. would find useful. Gyrich wants them to find this agent, get the information and then kill them!
At Camp Hammond, the newest recruits to The Initiative, Chavez Trueblood, Duncan Wynter, Angel Simmons, Janet Rosario and Marley King begin their training. They must learn to control and harness their special abilities and go through rigorous drills before they can go on any missions! Chavez believes that this is all a waste of time and that they first chance he gets, he's leaving this dump. Duncan tells Chavez that he needs to step up and serve his country, it's their duty to use their powers in service of America. Chavez laughs and calls Duncan a fool for believing in all of the propaganda the media puts out there. Duncan tells Chavez to fall in line or he'll put him in his place! As the two begin to lock horns US Agent tells them to stand down! Save that energy for their training because he's either going to make them heroes or they're going to die trying!

The Kapua pantheon is at odds. Specifically, Māui’s got a big problem with Kānehekili – the God of Thunder. This crackling menace is turning Hawaiian mortals that refuse to pay him reverence to stone! As protector of the isles, Māui’s got to step in! But Māui, after all, is just an ordinary demi-guy… and Kānehekili is too powerful. He needs help!
So why not fight thunder god with thunder god? Māui plans to summon Thor to his aid by casting a spell that would bring their two fabled weapons together. The only issue? Māui kind of sucks at magic but is too arrogant to admit he doesn’t really understand what he’s doing. Ahh well, he’s going for it anyway!
Hey, it worked! Thor arrives as intended! He even agrees to help (“You’re welcome.”).
There’s just one issue. Thanks to Māui’s spell fumble, Thor is now magically bound to the Manaiakalani fishhook and Māui to Mjölnir! Oops!
