It begins to get louder and louder as Godzilla starts to calm down as though he is under a spell. Optimus and the rest of the Autobots surround Godzilla, ready to strike but puzzled by what's happening. They soon get their answer - Megatron and the Decepticons have arrived! They now control Godzilla and to prove it, they have him unleash another atomic blast that obliterates everything in its path!

In the U.S., the President gathers his advisors to plan the next move. He wants his National Security Advisor to come up with strategies on how to deal with probably the most powerful nation planet. Elsewhere in her Senate office, Sen Sharon Kelly makes a call to Edwin Cord of Cord Industries. She tells him that she needs him to get those hi-tech weapons he promised completed fast. After all, she was the one to help him secure the military contract he received from the gov't and it's time he delivered! T'Challa sits in an undisclosed location monitoring the reactions from around the world. Some leaders condemn him as a warmongering king while others praise him for standing up to the United States! He sees a call from Tony Stark on his private line but he ignores it. Stark will have to wait for now.
In N'Gabo Markus Zulu and Moses Magnum are stunned by the news. Why would T'Challa declare war against the West when he already faces harsh criticism for his attack on N'Gabo? Their mysterious ally The Coal Tiger, an alt-universe T'Challa and the real mastermind behind the attack, went on social media pretending to be the Wakandan King and confessed to the attack. This was an attempt to turn the world against Wakanda but this latest move has them puzzled. Suddenly, the room goes dark and all equipment is shut down. Zulu calls for his guards but gets no response. They soon realize that they are not alone as The Black Panther emerges from the shadows. "I am glad that you are gathered here. We have much to discuss and there shall come an understanding between us!"

It's a beautiful day in Normalville, IL! The sky is blue, the birds are singing, the kids are playing and the air is crisp with the feel of Autumn! But the leaves aren't the only things turning as the battle between Rachel and Mrs. Arbuckle-Schecter over H.O.A. violations heats up! The two have agreed to settle their dispute through arbitration and things are looking good for Rachel. But don't count Mrs. Arbuckle-Schecter out just yet! She's a seasoned veteran of neighborhood wars and won't stop at anything to win, even if it means playing dirty!
Meanwhile, Jack along with Eli and Abbey Baker are at the home of Bill and Julie Klinger. They're helping with renovations to the Klingers' home which suffered damage from a recent storm that passed through the town. Jack thinks to himself that he never saw himself having this kind of life, living in the suburbs and making friends. He allows himself an inward smile. Outside, two black SUVs with dark tinted windows pull up outside the home of the Klingers. Several armed personnel in heavy military gear along with four women wearing black suits and dark shades exit the vehicles and walk up to the home of the Klingers.
Hellen Feliciano (Letha), Davida Devito (Lascivious), Marian Pouncy (Poundcakes) and Robbin Braxton (Gladiatrix) introduce themselves as federal agents working HAMMER. They would like to bring the Klingers to a HAMMER facility for questioning. Jack asks why do they want to bring them in but gets shoved aside. Agent Devito tells them not to interfere in gov't business. Julie and Bill are wanted for questioning for being unregistered superhuman criminals. Abbey asks them what are they talking about and Agent Pouncy tells them that they don't know their neighbors as well as they think they do. Bill and Julie Klinger are fake names for the terrorists known as master Man and Warrior Woman! Next Issue: My Brother's Keeper.

At a hidden base in those same everglades, Jason Strongbow and Sharon Carter are gearing up for their next mission when their silent alarm is tripped. HAMMER has found them and they only have a few minutes to grab their gear and escape! In Damascus, Syria, CIA agent Kate Neville is on the run for her life as well! She has secret information about an Iranian weapons program and both Syrian and Iranian agents are on her trail! She's been been trying to reach her handler back in the U.S. but no one has responded. This can only mean that she's been cut off and left on her own. She was able to make one last call before her phone went dead and she hopes that it went through!

It's late at night and everyone at Stark Industries has gone home for the day. Everyone that is except for the boss. Tony is in his private lab at Stark working on upgrades to his latest suit, the Mark XC. He wants this armor ready when he decides to go back to Russia and rescue Beth from the thralls of the Red Widow! But Tony is about to have a problem much closer to home. His current girlfriend Maria has become upset that he spends so much time worrying about Beth instead of helping her deal with the loss of her father. So, reluctantly, she's decided to work with Madame Masque who promised that she would help her win Tony back. All she needs to do is to let Masque know when Tony is alone at home or his office.
Just outside of the lab, Maria watches as Tony works feverishly on his armor. She convinces herself that she is doing what is best for her and Tony and their relationship as she disables the early detection and alarm systems. She made Masque promise her that they would not hurt Tony, just destroy the work that he has been doing. This is not a betrayal she thinks, as she opens the door to let in a hi-tech paramilitary squad. Tears stream down her eyes as she walks out the door and tells herself that she betrayed Tony to save them, that she betrayed him for love!
