Concept premise: Fu Manchu is a historically infamous despot with plans to, if not rule, to at least turn the world into a tool for his personal benefit. He is currently utilizing his daughter, Fah Lo Suee, to create surgical strikes against those who would stand in his way. Fah Lo Suee starts to get other ideas
