“The Continuing Adventures of Jerry Lewis and Bob Hope”
“The Road to Hollywood or Bust.”
As regular readers of Jerry Lewis have noted, Jerry has a rather mischievous nephew named Renfrew. Jerry also has a housekeeper named Witch Kraft who is an actual witch. Witch the witch has a young niece named Zanyia who has a crush on Renfrew. She is also a witch in training and can only do spells beginning with A, B, or C. Renfrew refuses to talk to her until she can make a dog materialize. So Zanyia makes Harvard Harvard III appear, thinking she created him as opposed to merely transporting him.
Harvard Harvard III is a talking dog who belongs to Bob Hope. When Renfrew sees Harvard can speak, he decides to run off with the dog and Zanyia to make his fortunes. Zanyia, stuck in love and Harvard, not sure what’s going on agree.
Bob and Jerry both realize they are missing those they are responsible for and decide to look for them. But how will they succeed if they have yet to realize they’re on the same case? Psst, the answers are in this book, so buy it! It’s both hilarious and funny.

“I Am She As You Are She As You Are Me And We Are All F***ed”
It isn’t a well-known fact, but most Rhonda Pinedas on different Earths do not shrink. Nope. Rhonda765 is a theater geek whose last boyfriend left her for her previous boyfriend.
Rhonda492 runs a food truck at the Gotham Industrial Park which is really a base for breaking and enterings.
Rhonda044 is an augmented stripper whose customer is trying to get her into Power Girl cosplay.
How do we know all this? Last issues final scene explosion sent our Rhonda and Alex on a bouncing tour of dimensions and the two try to get home. It’s just a weird feeling our heroine has that Luthor caused this, right? Or was it Pariah who has been popping up very stalker like.

“2 FAST, 2 GORILLAS”
The Ultra-Humanite is too powerful! Even if the mad scientist could be separated from the possessed body of Solovar’s son, the albino meta-ape Kolovar, his spirit would just instantly transfer back to his original body! Then he’d implant it into a new super-powered host and start his reign of terror all over again! How can he be stopped?
Flash’s speedster grandpa and former intelligence operative, PDQ, proposes a plan of action to end the gorilla warfare once and for all!
First…
(1) Flash and Solovar confront and distract the Ultra-Humanite and his loyalists with some good old-fashioned fisticuffs.
Meanwhile…
(2) PDQ and Grodd combine their respective speed and psychic abilities to search the globe and find the secret laboratory where the Ultra-Humanite’s original body is located.
Then…
(3) Flash and Solovar force the Ultra-Humanite out of Kolovar using technology developed to remove the Black Racer from Barry’s body earlier this year.
And finally…
(4) PDQ and Grodd seize and detain the Ultra-Humanite before he can transfer to another host.
Sounds simple enough, right? Well it’s not! The Ultra-Humanite has highly lethal contingency plans in place!
Will PDQ and Grodd, perhaps less constrained by ethical considerations than their two partners, be pushed into taking drastic action to protect Gorilla City and the world from this heinous supervillain?

“STATUS REPORT”
Hal Jordan, now in command of the Green Lantern Corps, sits at his desk on Oa. Promoted to leader by Ganthet after most of the Malthusian “Guardians of the Universe” were killed, he asks for a status report…
Corpswoman Jessica Cruz successfully defeated Dominoid, a massive threat to organic life in the universe. The remaining Dominators, now nearly extinct thanks to their errant creation, have requested a peace treaty with the United Planets.
Corpsman Guy Gardner and the flagship G.L.C.S. Interceptor have finished returning the remains of every Omega Titan to the Source Wall from whence they came during the “Fire from Heaven” event. The metaphysical cosmic barrier is nearly fully repaired.
Corpsman John Stewart continues his critical dual-role as Earth’s Representative to the United Planets. Many member worlds are still grateful to Earth for defeating Starro during the “Starro Wars,” but many others wish to revoke Earth’s membership after Vandal Savage’s subsequent effort to conquer the universe in the name of humanity (see “Humanity First”). John’s continued advocacy, and his close relationship with U.P. President Arin Sur, are vital to ensure the Corps’ standing as an officially sanctioned peacekeeping and law enforcement entity.
The Yellow Lantern Corps, unfortunately, also currently enjoy that same standing. Sinestro has been playing it straight, but Hal can never fully trust his one-time mentor.
Doomsday, thanks to the Willpower Virus, has gone from an unstoppable threat to a valuable ally that is fully in control of his frightening strength.
Lobo remains a personal annoyance, but his bail enforcement agent license issued by the Corps remains in good standing.
Starro is dead. Mongul is dead. Non is dead. Despero and Atrocitus remain at large. Valued ally, the Martian Manhunter, has returned to Earth where he’s been permitted to resume his former life as “John Jones.” Carol Ferris has also returned home, resuming her leadership role at Ferris Aircraft.
To Hal, after so much universal upheaval, this feels like the end of the story. But is it really just the beginning?

“SinEater, part 3”
The Donovan Caine looking Sin Eater has consumed their latest victim in Utah and has gained their appearance. “Same target who got a new look” Carrie Kelley figures. Back at Baron Winters’ mansion, the three realize the creature can shapeshift into its last victim. Luckily Carrie got pictures on her phone.
At the mansion, though, Donovan is getting worse. Although his actual physical wounds are healing there is some kind of infection, probably a mystic infection, eating away at more and more of his body. Donovan, with amazingly graciousness, is dealing with it. Seriously, dude?
A location for the Sin Eater has been found, Ivy Town. And a message pops onto Bonnie‘s phone about a professor of hers having an end-of-life celebration. And a clue drops. The victim of the Sin Eater in Utah was a troubled man who was about to die. John Herbert, one of Bonnie’s professors had a history of illicit relations with students and is not long for the world.
Bonnie Baxter knew of some of Jones’ illegal affairs and had turned them down herself. But Bonnie never needed those favors, but she allowed them to happen. What does the Sin Eater’s literal consumption of someone’s body mean as the Eater seems to absorb the sins. Is it a form of redemption or forgiveness? What happens when “sins” are consumed with the actual flesh? Our team wants to find out.
Or, in the words of Pagan, “Let’s go kick some ass. We’ll worry about whose later.”
