Connor is full of fear right now. He's very afraid but not for himself. He surrendered to Komodo and Kilroy and he knows that they are taking him back to face The Guild and Richard Dragon. But before they left, Komodo stabbed his friend Avila in the chest and left her for dead. He's afraid that Avila is dead because of him. And now that fear has given away to guilt and ultimately he feels resigned to his fate. Perhaps he deserves to die for what happened to Avila. If he never met her, she would still be alive. No matter what happens, he will accept his fate when he stands before Dragon.
Back at Avila's apartment, Naomi and Jax are just awakening from being drugged by Kilroy. They look over at Avila lying in a pool of blood but they are in no condition to help her. Suddenly the door opens and someone enters the room. They help Avila, covering her wounds to stop the bleeding. Once they are sure that she'll be okay, they call 911 to get her help. Then they walk to Naomi and Jax and help them to their feet. He tells them that if they want to save Connor then they need to come with him and do exactly what he tells them!

They return… to a Gotham under siege. Batman’s truly large boner was to fall for the distraction. With Batman on another Earth, the Legion of Doom was free to turn Gotham into its forward operating base. Now the Black Racer and Pinocchio rule the streets… as alien vessels arrive overhead and sorcerous magic fills the sky!

Matu Ba is a prominent businessman and the Prime Minister of The Congo. But before that, he was a ruthless warlord who used many child soldiers in his army. David and Isaac Zavimbe were two of the soldiers "recruited" by Ba long ago. They're all grown but going by different names. David is now The Jackal and Isaac is Massacre and they both are working for a new master, Father Lost! Lost has used the brothers to hunt down and execute anyone who used or profited from child soldiers and now Ba is the last. So when David and Isaac show up at Ba's home to kill him, Ba smiles and welcomes them. He tells them to remember that no one has been a better parent to them. He is their father and they are his children! Mere moments ago, he escaped the assassin's blade (see: Earth-2: The Longbow Hunters #3 - marvelous Marv!) and now fate has brought them together again.
At that moment, Bat-Wing and Dawn arrive to prevent David and Isaac from killing Ba only to discover that he has control over both of them now. Ba tells the brothers to dispose of the two intruders so they will become a family again and that he will protect them. Suddenly another group arrives at Ba's mansion: Connor Hawke, Avila and Black Orchid have come to make Ba pay for his crimes of attempted genocide! In the basement of Baron Winters’ mansion on Earth 2, we see Lee Travis (as the Crimson) coming through a door to face Winters, Renee Montoya (as the Question), Jill Carlyle (as the Crimson Avenger), and the mysterious (but not for long) I Ching. I Ching turned out to be Wing How, partner of the Crimson during the forties when the Seven Soldiers fought. Wing was believed to have been killed in the final battle which scattered the Soldiers across time, space, and dimensions. Winters’ home is indeed a dimensional portal through which travel to other times and places can be achieved. Wing and Travis disappear through a door to search for the other Soldiers of Victory. The mirror that showed Lee Travis’ sight was given to Jill.
As for our heroines, they have to change, uniform up, and go through the trial of the gang that Renee arrested. Seems, even on Earth 2 crime doesn’t stop even for interdimensional hijinks.

In London Diggle Jax and Naomi have teamed up with The Batman to take down another group of Guild assassins who attempted to kill Bruce Wayne. With Wayne safe Diggle contacts Avila who tells him that she and Connor along with Black Orchid are going after Matu Ba to bring him to justice. She also tells him that Connor is okay and that he is committed to their mission. Diggle tells them to be careful and that when it's over, it will be time to finish things with The Magus once and for all. But at this moment, LEX LUTHOR of Earth-2 opens a portal into this dimension. Lex uses the Powerstone to absorb the powers of Bru-Al, taking control of all the Kryptonian Zombies for a moment. He makes his final sacrifice and pushes Superman and Powergirl back through the portal, while he stays behind. In his last ,moments, Lex self-destructs and destroys the gate from the other side.
Bru-Al's invasion to Earth-2 has finally been stopped, and at a great cost. But Superman believes Bru-Al is not done yet. And the only hope to stop Necro Krypton is New Krypton. (Check out House of S for more.) The Kryptonian Magic Guild decides to join them and travel back to Earth-0.
In the Grimlands, Bru-Al awakens his children from their thousands of years slumber.

It’s an all-out battle in which most of out combatants so far are on the side of not nuking. Despite the overwhelming majority, the few with the bomb remain unknown and could be anyone.
With all three teams in Palestine ready for battle, they face the addition of combatants from Arab and Jewish sides and no one can be sure whose side they are on anymore. It all ends here.

The two discover that very few situations in Metropolis consist of helping Superman catch an arch-criminal.
Captain Byth stops to speak with representatives of the Collective Assistance for Worlds (CAW). This in itself is highly irregular, as CAW practices active participation and changes to worlds’ behaviors and the Thanagarian plan to is learn from other worlds.
Plus, Chay-Ara needs to go to school. Watch as the Hawks try and decide what nation to enroll their daughter in and what kind of school is chosen.

"Bizarros do not have a dream that one day Bizarros will live happily on the Moon"
"Olsencorp will not offer any health care and insurance policy."

And with that, from around the world, thousands of Bizarro Workers flies up to the Moon.
Jimmy takes the new comers on a tour through the Bizarro Society. Bizarros can become Farmers, Builders, Artists, Musicians, and Teachers. They are free to pursue their own dreams.
Olsencorp is also building Titan Bizarros for space exploration. The Bizarros are heading towards a brighter tomorrow!
Meanwhile, in Europe, Superman discovers a new superhuman academy, the K-Academy.

When this news reaches Earth, the Ice-Cream Men put down their weapons and blend into mixed flavors. Only Green Tea refuses to give up his Popsicle Blade. So it's up to CAPTAIN MARVEL, SUPERGIRL and WONDER WOMAN OF CHINA to take him down. And SENSOR takes the Ice-Cream Men to the southern hemisphere of Earth where it's actually winter, so that they can stay there without melting.

Ben Turner looks at the information on the paper in front of him. There are names, places, dates and beside each one...a number, followed by a comma and six more numbers. Someone wants Ben... no, someone wants the Bronze Tiger to kill the people on this list and if some kid happens to get murked, well that's why they call it collateral damage. Ben looks again, $1,000,000 million is next to each name. So that's one mil per to take out each person, perhaps even a family. What kind of people have that kind of coin on their head?
Ben burns the paper and dials a number. He tells the voice on the other line that he won't take the script(contract) and that he doesn't do scrub work(kill jobs) anymore. Don't contact him again. He then dials another number. On the other end is David Cain, his friend and longtime mentor. He tells him to put out the word: "The Bronze Tiger is sleeping. Do not disturb." Cain asks if he's sure and if he understands the ramifications of what he is doing. Ben says a few expletives and tells him to send the message.
In Greenwich in the city of London, someone is looking at the information on the paper in front of them. “Who Shot WF?”
Wesley Fermin ended last issue with two bullets in his chest while votes were being counted in the state gubernatorial election. Barely recovered from last issue’s huge conflict at the Aquarius Corporation, Vic is operating on no sleep and has to pull double duty appearing as Vic on TV explaining the situation as well as investigating at the Question. He also needs to deal with Myra Fermin who is operating on her own trying to find answers. Old flame Vicki Vale also is on the story hunting whatever information she can.
Can Vic’s buddy Tot come up with something that can keep our hero going, alert and remembering to take off his mask before he eats or drinks anything? That’s a good question!
And one more question but one with an answer this issue: Who is the mysterious Wesley Fermin that was shot and will he pull through?

That doesn’t mean Triton is left unaccounted for, though. In the aftermath of the quake, MERA and the Others arrive to hold off the mer-menace. They might not quite be demigods, but they’re something better – heroes.
Using her Lasso of Truth, Diana tears the Sword from Enyo’s grasp — and into Arthur’s. With a swift motion, Aquagod cleaves Enyo in twain, and the Saffron Lanterns suddenly find themselves without her power.
Triton, either wise enough to admit defeat or simply craven enough to beg mercy, surrenders when Wonder Woman and Aquagod return to reinforce the Others.
Just like that, the battle is won.
EPILOGUE
The war has ended! Amazonia and Atlantis are at peace. A air of hope lingers over the peoples of these two proud nations.
Ever since Osira escaped, Bana-Mighdall has been without a charge. Triton of the sea soon finds himself imprisoned in a desert cell.
As promised, Diana returns the Seal of Clarity to the surviving Graeae, hoping against hope they have no interest in picking up their sister’s mantle.
As for the Sword of Cetus... well, every god needs a weapon. Arthur Curry more than most. For in the aftermath of the battle, a murder most foul is discovered. Poseidon is dead, slain whilst powerless, and his now-missing Trident seems to be the murder weapon. Queen Clea has vanished – unlikely to be a coincidence
The grim news doesn’t stop Atlantis and Amazonia from celebrating in style. Rumors begin to spread fast about Orm and Ocina. Could Atlantis be in for their own royal wedding?
On the shores of Themyscira, Diana, Arthur and the present Others bid farewell to the spectres of the past Others, heroes so true that not even death could stop them from protecting those who needed it. What final words do they have for their contemporary counterparts?
