"FOR THE GREATER GOOD"
The Universal Council was established in the aftermath of the Incursion, a universal attempt to reestablish order and peace. Issue supplies and aid where it was needed. But politics will always follow the same course and old rivalries die hard. The Armada surrounds the moon, more battleships then stars in the sky surround the Great Society. Death begins to welcome them when a figure fly's out of the nearest battleship and descends to meet them. The General of the Universal Council's forces has arrived with an offer he prays they will accept. Quasar has been given carte blanche to establish a strike team to support him and he must convince the Great Society to become that team before the Armada follows out the Council's order to eliminate all threats to peace and order.
The Council meets in the Universal Chambers and the debates begin anew when Councillor Sonath stands "I wish to discuss the matter of the Inhumans...."
